Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Place a few potatoes at a time in the bag and shake, coating potatoes.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place potatoes in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn once during baking.
    Also good on grill, but wrap in Pam coated aluminum foil and top with pats of butter.
