German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced and peeled raw apples
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except apples.
After everything is mixed, fold in apples.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle topping mixture on top.
