Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
3 lb. brisket
2 Tbsp. mustard
3 green peppers, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chili powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
Preparation

Saute green peppers and onions in oil.
Stir in chili powder. Cook 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients (except meat) and 1 cup water.
Mix.
Add meat.
Cook 6 hours in crock-pot.
