Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. leftover grits
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix grits with cheese.
    Add beaten egg, milk and margarine. Salt to taste.
    Place in a casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
