Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 (8 oz.) can coconut
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 and then turn oven to 275\u00b0 and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
