Cherry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    pinch cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread pie filling in dish and top with bread cubes.
    Drizzle with margarine, sprinkle with lemon juice.\t(Can use real lemon.) Combine milk, eggs, sugar and almond extract.
    Pour over bread; press cubes into egg mixture.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cook 50% power for 17 to 19 minutes or until center is set.\tAllow to stand 5 minutes.\tGood warm or cold with cool whip or ice cream.\tBake 350 degrees until center is done.
