Carole Anne'S Barbecued Fish(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper sauce
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Place fish fillets in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt and pepper sauce.
    Pour on fish; turn until both sides are coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
    Serve with pan juices.
    Serves 3 or 4.
