Cheese And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Put potatoes, salt and water in a saucepan.
    Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
    Blend flour, pepper, paprika and sour cream until smooth.
    Stir into potatoes and add milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
