Spanish Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour chops and brown on both sides in margarine or oil. Saute veggies in 1/2 stick margarine until softened.
    Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Mix well and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place pork chops on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine and pour over top of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
