Fish Baked In A Spicy Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish filets (any kind)
    1 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put fish in lightly oiled baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over fish.
    Put juices in a small pan and boil for 3 minutes.
    Stir in margarine.
    Serve sauce over fish.
