Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, with a fork, mix flour and the next 4 ingredients.
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in raisins. In a small bowl, with a fork beat the eggs.
Stir buttermilk into eggs.
Stir into flour mixture.
Mix until dough is sticky and holds together to make a ball.
Drop onto cookie sheet in a circle.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
