Fried Rice(Special) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked rice, packed
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. oil or lard (I use bacon drippings)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. cooked pork, diced
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooked shrimp (optional)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. frozen sweet peas
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

Make a thin omelet with the beaten eggs and cut into strips; put aside.
Sprinkle water on the cooked rice to loosen the grains.
Set aside.
Heat the oil and saute garlic and onion.
Add chicken, pork and shrimp and continue cooking until light brown. Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
Toss mixture over low heat for 8 minutes until thoroughly mixed.
Add sweet peas, half of the egg strips.
salt and pepper.
Toss for 2 minutes more and remove from fire.
Serve on platter and sprinkle top with green onions and rest of egg strips.
