Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cake flour (Swans, bleached)
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 stick butter, soft
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. red food color
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In small bowl mix cake flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
In large bowl mix together with a beater the sugar, vanilla and butter; then add eggs, beating in one at a time.
Add food color and vinegar.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl well.
Then pour mixture out of small bowl into large bowl.
Finally add buttermilk and mix.
Pour batter into three 9-inch round pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
