Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pork sausage (such as Jimmy Dean or Owens)
    1 can buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    Saute sausage and onions.
    Drain. Combine other ingredients except biscuits.
    Place in an 11 x 7-inch oblong baking dish.
    May refrigerate overnight. Divide biscuits in halves or fourths and place on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until biscuits are brown. Serves 6 to 8.
