Mexican Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with peppers
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 envelope Shake 'N Bake for hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Empty seasoned coating mix into shaker bag.
    Combine ground beef, corn, onion, chili powder and egg.
    Form into 8 small loaves.
    Carefully shake each loaf in shaker bag until evenly coated.
    Place in ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top each loaf with 1 teaspoon ketchup.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
