Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced American cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Combine peas, eggs, green pepper, onion and cheese in a serving dish. Fold in mayonnaise. Season with white pepper; top with bacon. Chill several hours before serving.
