Turkey Quesadilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans chunked chicken or turkey
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    6 to 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1 jar salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. oil or butter
Preparation
    Mix together meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Spread mixture over 1 tortilla and top with another.
    Cook on medium heat in a skillet with a small amount of butter or oil.
    Turn once to brown both sides lightly.
    Slice into 4 wedges each.
    Top with salsa and sour cream.
