Marinara Sauce (Tomato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown garlic cloves lightly in olive oil.
    Use 2-quart saucepan.
    Set aside until slightly cool.
    Add the two cans of crushed tomatoes, salt and oregano.
    Allow to simmer slowly, about 1 hour.
    Serve on any recipe requiring Marinara sauce.
