4 cans Ballard canned biscuits
1 chicken (whole)
salt
pepper
flour (self-rising)
Preparation

Boil chicken until done (season as desired).
Let cool. Separate chicken form the bone and skin.
Put chicken back into water.
Roll biscuits out like pastry, keeping covered with flour. Roll each biscuit separately.
Roll out until it is about 6-inches in diameter, flipping it over and covering with flour each time.
Cut into slices about 1-inch wide.
