Gourmet Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    6 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package.
    Drain well. Place in greased 11 x 7-inch glass pan.
    Top with mushrooms and 4 strips bacon.
    Cook 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cover with sour cream and Cheddar.
    Cook 10 minutes more.
