Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. kernel corn
Preparation

Melt butter and blend in flour.
Add milk. Cook until thick. Beat egg yolks.
Add corn.
Combine sauce, corn mixture, cheese and salt.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in.
Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
