Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 red pepper, cored and sliced into thin strips
    1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach linguine, cooked al dente and drained
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine sherry, cornstarch and spices.
    Add pork and toss until
    meat is evenly coated.
    Heat oil over medium-high heat in skillet.
    Add pork mixture and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
    Add pepper, mushrooms and onion. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot spinach linguine.
