Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 lb. can bean sprouts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/3 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Chill 2 hours or longer. Add green onion, celery, chestnuts, bean sprouts, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Mix lightly but thoroughly.
    Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with almonds and noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
