Wine Poached Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    3/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Place chicken and mushrooms in a large skillet; sprinkle with salt, tarragon, pepper and parsley.
    Pour wine over chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve with sauce left from skillet.
    Makes 4 servings.
