Blue Ribbon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz. each)
2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
2 slices Jarlsberg, Muenster or other cheese (each about 1 oz.)
2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation

To form a pocket, cut each breast half horizontally, almost, but not, all the way through.
Cut each ham and cheese slice lengthwise in half.
Place a slice of each in each pocket. Combine bread crumbs and paprika.
Brush chicken with melted butter, then coat with crumbs.
