Chunky Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples, peeled and chunked
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
cinnamon and sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except apples and mix well.
Grease 1 Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
Put in a layer of batter then a layer of apple chunks.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat 2 times.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Freezes well.
