Christmas Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pkg. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. prepared mincemeat
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, sugar, mincemeat, egg, milk and melted butter; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Bake in greased 6 1/2-cup ring mold at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
    Invert on platter, drizzle with orange icing.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve warm.
