Cranberries With Almond Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/3 c. Amaretto
    4 c. (1 lb.) raw cranberries
    1/3 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 c. blanched almonds
Preparation
    Bring sugar and water to boil; continue to boil for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and cook until skins burst, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add marmalade and lemon juice. Cool and stir in almonds and Amaretto.
    Chill before serving.
