Turkey Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1 bag Success rice (uncooked)
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    corn flake crumbs
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    4 green peppers (flat bottoms)
    water
Preparation
    Mix together turkey, egg, rice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and enough corn flake crumbs to bind.
    Stuff into cleaned peppers with tops cut off.
    Place in 4 1/2-quart pot.
    Pour tomatoes over peppers.
    Add small amount of water.
    Cook 2 hours on low heat, pouring sauce over peppers.
    Make meatballs with leftover turkey mixture and cook in pot with peppers.
