Diabetic Pineapple Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 packs Equal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, salt and pineapple; mix well.
Add lemon juice and margarine or butter.
Beat egg yolks.
Combine in mixture.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Let cool.
Add 12 packs Equal, then pour into pie shell.
