Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. onion
2 qt. chicken broth or 5 (10 1/2 oz.) cans, plus 4 cans water
1 c. flour
1 c. melted butter
1 c. beer
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil broth, celery, carrots and onion until tender.
Mix together flour and melted butter.
Stir into broth and cook until thick.
Add beer, cheese, salt and pepper.
Simmer and stir until cheese has melted.
Serve with croutons.
