Chocolate Chip Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
3 c. sugar
10x confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 3/4 c. milk
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly butter a 10-inch Bundt pan. Dust with flour and tap out excess.
On waxed paper sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat in cocoa until well blended.
Beat in flour mixture alternately with milk until batter is thick and creamy, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Fold in grated chocolate. Spoon into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when ready to serve.
