Seafood Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    4 oz. fresh pea pods
    cooked angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, cornstarch and salt.
    Add shrimp and scallops and soak 30 minutes.
    In large skillet over high heat, cook mushrooms, carrots and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Add seafood and cook until done.
    Add pea pods and onions.
    Heat through and serve over hot, cooked pasta.
