Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (can substitute any other berry)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Mix well.
    Add blueberries.
    Spoon into muffin pans.
    Sprinkle with sugar on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
