Scalloped Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. pimientos - chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 can of mushrooms (4 oz.)
4 c. raw potatoes - thinly sliced
Preparation

Combine the mushroom soup and milk until well blended.
Add 1/2 cup cheese, pimientos, drained mushrooms, salt and Accent. Blend well.
Add the potatoes and mix well.
