Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. plus 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    paprika for sprinkling
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, 1 cup cheese, soups, onion, sour cream and butter in a large bowl.
    Pour mixture into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour, until mixture is bubbly. Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
