German Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
    1 (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and snipped
    1/3 c. dry white wine (optional)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (12-inch) rings Polish sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can whole onions, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can small whole potatoes, drained
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in an electric skillet and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until well heated.
    Stir occasionally. Serve with hot mustard.
