Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Core the cabbage; cook for about 10 minutes so leaves will soften.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Fill the leaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or can cook on top of stove.
    Cover the cabbage rolls with water.
    I put about 6 tomatoes on top.
