Pasta And Walnut Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium pasta shells, uncooked
    8 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 can mandarin oranges (in juice), drained (15 oz.)
    1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    Prepare shells according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl.
    Combine shells and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add yogurt mixture.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
    Nutrients per serving:
    217 calories, 6 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol and 44 mg sodium.
