Cold Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 lb. cucumbers
    red onion (approximately 1/4 medium onion)
    2 tomatoes
    parsley to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, cucumbers and red wine vinegar.
    Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour. After cooling, combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate again for 1 hour before serving.
