Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. onion
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Heat and bring to a boil the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasonings.
    Cool and pour over cabbage.
    Cover.
    Don't stir.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Refrigerate.
