Broccoli-Rice Casserole I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    celery seed
    1 pkg. broccoli (1 qt.)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown margarine,
    onion,
    celery
    seed
    and broccoli in skillet. Add rice, Velveeta
    cheese,
    cream of celery or mushroom soup and broth or water for extra
    liquid to skillet.
    Cook until rice is done.
    Place in greased baking
    dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
