Salada(Greek) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 hot peppers
4 to 6 tomatoes
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Grill peppers and brown on one side.
Cool and slice into small pieces. Cut up tomatoes into small pieces and mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Salada is great on Mexican food.
