Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Brown chops in butter and place in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and cook and stir until hot and bouillon cube is dissolved.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
