Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese (American)
    1/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and cheese. Cut in the shortening. Add milk until a soft dough is formed.
    Roll out on a floured board about 1/2-inch thick. Cut with round cutter and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
