Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. Key lime juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks.
Add condensed milk and lime juice; beat until thick.
Beat 1 egg white until stiff, then fold into the mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
