Bean Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) jar Pace mild picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
2 c. grated Mozzarella or fancy pizza cheese
6 (10 in.) flour tortillas
toppings: sour cream, olives, peppers, tomatoes
Preparation

Combine picante sauce and beans, put aside.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with Pam.
Spoon bean mixture in middle of tortilla, sprinkle with cheese.
Fold tortillas and place seam side down in dish.
Bake in tightly covered dish (I use aluminum foil) for about 15 minutes on 400\u00b0.
Serve immediately with toppings.
