Red Velvet Cake(Club Member: Brandi Cook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. cake flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Sift flour, salt and cocoa.
    Add sifted ingredients; alternate with buttermilk, vanilla, vanilla to cream cheese. Beat well. Fold in soda and vinegar mixture. Pour in 9-inch cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
