Diet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, chopped
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 pkg. dry beef stew mix
    stewed tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Cover all ingredients with water in a large pan.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    This soup will not add calories so eat all you want.
    The more you eat, the more you will lose.
    Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
    Try to avoid foods with fat.
