Easy Chocolate Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. white sugar
    1 large (12 oz.) can milk (evaporated)
    4 (1 oz. each) sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
    1 1/2 c. nuts (assorted, optional)
    7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Preparation
    In a heavy pot lined with butter, mix together the butter, milk, chocolate and nuts.
    Cook until mixture reaches 240\u00b0, stirring constantly, then pour mixture into buttered lined bowl. Stir in marshmallow cream.
    (Coconut de la quere, optional.)
    Pour into butter lined flat pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Let set for 4 minutes.
